Return Policy

At V.G. Cycles, we value our customers and we stand by our merchandise. Any item that does not fit, or does not suit you may be returned with in 7 days of arrival, for store credit or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned.

If the item is damaged upon arrival or the chrome wears off within a year, we will be happy to send you a new replacement, after inspection of returned merchandise.

You can cancel your order with in 24 hours for a 100% refund, after that you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, as well as shipping charges, if the package has already been shipped.
